How It Works

1. Select Your Next Flower Arrangement

We offer square and round shaped boxes in Petite (small) or Grande (large). There will be prompted to select the colors for the boxes and the flowers. Please type in the “Note to Recipient”  If you would like to include a personal message for your arrangement. The message will be included in an i-Fleur card which is delivered with your flowers.

2. Delivery

At the time of ordering we will require the following:

  • Delivery date
  • Desired time frame
  • Address
  • Name of recipient

Orders must be placed no later than 4 pm the day prior to delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer same day delivery at this time. However, if the same day delivery is desired, we’ll try to accommodate your request. Send us a note through “contact us” page on the website or an email to info@i-fleur.com, and we’ll get back to you shortly.

We offer complimentary courier service to the following areas:

Alexandria, Arlington, Bethesda, Chevy Chase, District of Columbia, Fairfax, Falls Church, Gaithersburg, Herndon, Potomac, Rockville, Reston, Silver Spring, Springfield, and Vienna

 

If your request is outside of these areas please send an email to info@i-fleur.com to see if we may be able to accommodate you in other locations.

3. Secure Payment Options

You can make secure online payments with your credit card or PayPal account. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.

Please note that we do not offer refunds after our products have been delivered.

4. Special Requests

We are happy to work with clients to create one of a kind custom pieces. If you are looking for something truly unique, please contact us at info@i-fleur.com with your specific request. We will getin touch with you to discuss a bit more of how we can potentially help your request come to life.

Returns and Refunds

All products are final sale therefore products are unable to be returned, exchanged or refunded. Thank you for understanding our strict policy.
